

UFC veteran Greg Hardy suffered his first loss as a professional boxer in TCL boxing. The former NFL star suffered two knockdowns prior to the KO finish. This was Hardy’s sixth outing in combat sports since his UFC exit in 2022. Greg Hardy faced Alexander Flores in Team Combat League boxing. The former California Panthers defensive end lost his undefeated boxing record as he suffered his second knockout loss this year. On February 17 this year, Hardy suffered another brutal knockout loss against Josh Watson in Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship.
‘The Prince of War’ went 16 rounds with Flores in their fight but fell in the 17th with just one round remaining. He had a 2-0 record in TCL and another 2-0 outside it. Hardy’s second KO loss of the year also garnered some strong reactions from the fans.

Greg Hardy had a promising start to his UFC career after impressing everyone in Dana White’s Contender Series, but could not maintain consistency in the UFC. He started his UFC run with a 2-2 record in 2019. Between 2020 and 2022, Hardy went 2-3 with all three losses being consecutive finishes. Thereafter, the promotion released the heavyweight.

Fans react to Greg Hardy getting KO’d in TCL boxing
Greg Hardy did not sway from the path of combat sports after his UFC exit. He changed sports and switched over to boxing. He surprised many by beating Hasim Rahman Jr. in his second pro boxing event. However, his BKFC loss in February followed by his recent loss in TCL has some fans worried.
Meanwhile, there were those that were indifferent to the KO. Hardy was not a fan favorite even in the UFC owing to his controversies outside the cage. After watching the KO, one fan showed no sympathy for the ex-UFC star.
