The personality that former UFC lightweight champ Conor McGregor has will either endear him to people or will rub people the wrong way. All the years that McGregor has competed in the UFC, he has made many enemies. Some have turned into friends while others still hold that grudge.

However, McGregor’s friendships aren’t restricted to the UFC roster only. Canadian rap artist Drake happens to be a close friend of the Irish fighter and has been seen alongside him quite a few times. Conor McGregor’s recent Instagram story shed light on one more popular icon who he shares a good bond with.

Conor McGregor’s friendship with Justin Bieber is not something that has developed recently. The pop star has shown his undying support for the Irishman on countless occasions. When TMZ asked Bieber what he thought of McGregor ‘acting crazy’, back in 2018, Bieber had defended him by saying, “We all make mistakes.

He recently shared a picture on his Instagram story where he was seen hugging Justin Bieber, who had a tennis racket in his hands. The picture was originally uploaded by a Conor McGregor fan page on Instagram. The Notorious shared this picture but also added a caption of his own that read: “The Mac and JB, thats love“.

Both Justin Bieber and Conor McGregor have massive fan bases. McGregor is arguably the most popular UFC fighter today and Justin Bieber is a really famous pop icon. Nobody would have imagined that the two would be such great friends. However, the picture was really heart-warming to see.

Additionally, McGregor recently posted a collage of himself and Justin Bieber after fans suggested that they looked the same in a particular photo. The Irishman seemed to be quite happy with the similarity between the two and posted the picture on his Instagram story.

The fact is that Bieber had also shown his undying support and love to the former Lightweight champ during his time of need. When McGregor lost to Dustin ‘The Diamond’ Poirier at UFC 257, Justin Bieber uploaded a picture on Instagram with the caption, “Love this guy win or lose @thenotoriousmma @properwhiskey ..“.

The picture that McGregor shared on his Instagram story is of the time when the Irishman met Justin Bieber in the Bahamas. Therefore, it is abundantly clear that the two icons have massive respect and love for each other.
