Given that the GTA franchise has been arguably one of the best gaming franchises, the hype surrounding the new open-world game has fans drooling to get in on the action. Especially after the new trailer dropped.

The game’s new trailer has currently garnered 65 million views in just 14 hours. Rockstar Games has been working on this game for over ten years. The long-awaited trailer pleased the fans. However, MMA fans spotted a character that looked familiar to Sean ‘Tarzan’ Strickland in the trailer, which made them lose their minds.

Is UFC champ Sean Strickland in GTA 6?

After the trailer for GTA 6 was released, MMA fans took no time to spot someone familiar in the trailer. A character in the game had a striking resemblance to the UFC middleweight champion, Sean Strickland, which led the fans to question if Strickland was a character in the game.

MMA fans spared no time to take to social media to call out the resemblance between the two. Some are even going as far as comparing UFC journalist Nina Marie Daniele to the fiery Latina protagonist, Lucia, in the game.

UFC superstar’s possible appearance in GTA 6

Though UFC middleweight champion Sean Strickland is unlikely to make it into GTA 6, there have been reports of another UFC superstar possibly making a feature in the game. And it’s none other than the UFC’s very own Conor McGregor. ‘The Notorious’  reportedly has a huge chance of appearing in the highly anticipated game.

In fact, as per recent polls, McGregor was one of the favorites to feature along with other celebrities such as former president Donald Trump, Logan Paul, and even DJ Khaled. It wouldn’t be surprising to see McGregor feature in the game, as he has long surpassed the sport of MMA.
