In 2023, Dana White went through an insane transformation after adopting Gary Brecka‘s 10X Health System, which the UFC CEO claimed saved his life. The man who was responsible for the 55-year-old drastic transformation recently revealed a secret about Lakers’ star LeBron James and the reason behind his consistency and success. It appears that the 4-time NBA champion literally has a trick up his sleeve.
LeBron James created history when he shared the court with his son, Bronny James, representing the same team to become the first father-son duo to play together in an NBA game. At 40 years old, ‘King James’ is still playing at the highest level with the young guns out there. Bary Brecka claims that this longevity can be credited to his use of red light therapy and hydrogen nano baths, which help in recovery.
“I know for a fact he’s doing red light therapy [and] hydrogen nano baths,” Gary Brecka stated on the ‘Full Send’ podcast. However, he added that there’s another important measure LeBron James has taken to improve his blood flow, which is the use of a ‘semiconductor-embedded’ gear during matches.

“I’ve also seen him wearing a really interesting technology, which is a semiconductor technology. If you excite the electrons in a semiconductor… so you can take a sock or a piece of clothing and you embed it with like semiconductors,” Gary Brecka added. “Put it, let’s say, over your elbow. So the sleeve goes, let’s say, from your shoulder to your wrist. Your body heat excites those semiconductors. They send frequency into your veins, which actually dilate your veins and improve the blood flow.”

LeBron James plans to play until his “wheels fall off”
LeBron James is all about the game. But he didn’t shy away from admitting that his career is going to come to an end someday in the future. However, he plans to give it his all. This dedication to the sport leads James to claim that he’s going to keep playing. That is, until there’s a situation or a circumstance when his body cannot handle it anymore.

Have an interesting take?
For the 4-time champion, it’s all about respecting the game. And he will consider calling it a career when he needs to rather than when he wants to. “I’m not going to play that much longer, to be completely honest,” LeBron James told ‘Bleacher Report’. “I’m not playing until the wheels fall off. I’m not going to be the guy that’s disrespecting the game because I just want to be out on the floor.”
LeBron James has already carved a career that can only be deemed as a legendary one. However, it remains to be seen what more he achieves before he finally caps off his two-decade-long NBA career. Let us know your thoughts in the comments down below.
