The UFC commentator Joe Rogan is someone who gives a lot of importance to a healthy lifestyle. Rogan believes that any human needs to follow specific steps to make themselves mentally and physically fit. The 55-year-old believes that a healthy routine can bring positive changes in the lives of all people. In a recent episode of Joe Rogan Experience, the UFC commentator dug an important piece of information from an old interview by Kobe Bryant. Rogan admired the “mamba mindset” of the NBA legend. Bryant was one of the most focused and disciplined athletes to have lived on Earth. Rogan emphasized the importance of living a fulfilled life by giving the example of the Los Angeles Lakers legend.

Bryant has religiously followed some routines in his life and that helped him become one of the best basketball players in the history of the NBA. Being the winner of five NBA championships, Bryant was nothing but a huge motivation for every aspiring athlete. Rogan acknowledged the greatness of the basketball player and mentioned the same in JRE.

The UFC commentator Joe Rogan was talking in the #1994 episode of JRE. Rogan’s guest in the episode was the stand-up comic and podcaster, Theo Von. During the conversation, Rogan and Von discussed the importance of having the right mindset. That’s when the UFC commentator cut in to say, I remember watching this Kobe Bryant interview where he is talking about the first 10 minutes of every day when he wakes up he meditates.”

Rogan added, “10 minutes every day, so he has like clear path sought from the day. He gets his day started off with the right mindset and that thing is all about mindset, mamba mindset. He was the embodiment of hard work and discipline and accomplishment and that was his way of starting every day.It’s been three years since Bryant passed away in a tragic helicopter crash that took the life of him and his daughter.

However, Rogan feels that the world needs to appreciate the greatest NBA player for his extraordinary mindset. Bryant’s autobiography is titled ‘The Mamba Mentality: How I Play.’ In the book, Bryant elaborated on the Mamba mindset that helped him to achieve all the great things in life.

The UFC commentator lashes out at the comedian for making fun of Kobe Bryant

Joe Rogan has always been a great supporter of Kobe Bryant. After the untimely demise of the Los Angeles Lakers legend, comedian Ari Shaffir made fun of Bryant. Rogan made sure that he called out the comedian for his insensitive remarks. Despite being someone who stands for freedom of speech, Rogan was not able to accept the words of Shaffir. While talking on JRE, Rogan lashed out at Shaffir for his harsh comment. The UFC commentator was unable to take his remarks as dark humor. Instead, he decided to talk about the unacceptable deed of the comedian.
