‘The Trailblazer’ Kevin Holland has won his COVID-19 battle and looks keen on winning the octagon as well, on December 12,  2020. Holland will collide with Jacare Souza in the main card of UFC Fight Night. It will mark his fifth Octagon appearance this year. Initially, the ‘Trailblazer’ was to take on Jack Hermansson at UFC Fight Night on December 5, but a COVID-19 positive test ruled him out of the fight.

Ahead of his battle this Saturday, Holland interacted with Submission Radio on life after COVID-19, Yoel Romero’s release, and how he envisions his fight with Jacare Souza.

Kacper Rosolowski asked Holland about his high fight frequency this year and how he prepares to fight so often.

“You know my life, this is how I live, this is really what I do. I don’t you know, don’t do it for the internet and I don’t do it for the hot chicks. I do it because I’ve always been a fighter, I’ve always fought and I like to scrap. There’s no better way to put it plus it pays the bills and I try to take on as many bills as I Can. So it keeps me hungry. Stay hungry you don’t have to worry about anything.

I just like fight you know, my body if it’s beat up it sucks, but I’d rather my body beat up than my mind be bored so I just keep fighting,” he reverted.

Holland has recovered well and quickly from the global pandemic. He’ll be eyeing his fifth UFC win of 2020 when he steps inside the octagon on December 12.
