Dober gave credit to Green after that hard-fought battle. He said, “Can I say, Bobby Green is the only man in the last quarter to say yes to me? Take chances, chase greatness. Being perfect is boring. He’s fast, he’s hard to hit. He can talk. It was hard to deal with but I’m blessed that I found it.”

Post his win, Dober called out fellow UFC lightweight Jalin Turner for another scrap. “I think there’s a guy in the top 10 … Jalin Turner. I would love those problems. Please say yes.

Dober also made it clear that he wanted to surpass Poirier and become the fighter with the most knockouts in the division.
