This became one of the most iconic phrases in the UFC world. And also garnered a lot of attention for the Dublin native.

A YouTube channel recently uploaded a clip from the same interview. Below are some of the comments from the fans:

At that time $60K was like $60 million to him.

He went from “Dana, 60Gs baby” to “WHERE TF IS MY SECOND BELT” … in 3 years.

If someone pays him that, now he’ll puke on them and slap them

I miss this Connor. The hunger, the confidence, and the absolute master every time he stepped into that cage. This will forever be the best version of him as a fighter.

$60k since than he has been paid millions every fight and still I have never seen him more happy than in here.

It’s crazy how passionate he was about the sport before the big money fights moves etc.

From there, it was no stopping McGregor. The boy from Dublin later became the dual weight champion of UFC. He is also listed among the highest-paid athletes on the planet. Although he had some shortcomings during his journey to the pinnacle, McGregor has achieved a lot to be called the G.O.A.T of the game.
