Noted UFC Middleweight Tim Kennedy wasn’t able to take the onslaught by Kelvin Gastelum in his last UFC bout. Post his retirement from the UFC in 2016, Kennedy announced his full-time enlistment into the Special Forces of the U.S. Army in 2017. He also holds the prestigious ‘Bronze Star Medal’ for his outstanding service to the Army.
Kennedy’s love for social media is also a well-known fact. The ’43-year-old’ often puts out his views on various issues through his tweets. Some might agree that his words are not just ‘casual’, but rather aimed to inspire positive development through the voicing of his opinions. Recently, Kennedy showcased his known habit once more, and vocalized his opinion about the new “He Gets Us” commercials through a tweet. His tweets generally garner massive amounts of reactions from the Twitter community, which followed for this one as well.

Evidently, Kennedy was a compassionate person. This quality was also on display in his tweet about the “He Gets Us” commercials. It was also labeled by many as the best Superbowl commercial. ‘The Master Sergeant’ wrote, “The Jesus “He Gets Us” commercials were by far the best. I felt overwhelmed by both. Kennedy’s tweet also exhibited that he was proud to be a devout Christian. He truly believed in the message of love and morality that Lord Jesus Christ had preached throughout his entire life.

While there were also people who were outraged by this ad campaign, it was apparent that Kennedy didn’t want to know the backstory behind the commercial. He just appreciated the message of love, which was displayed entirely throughout the commercial.
A lot of fans reverberated with his opinion about how the Lord, Jesus Christ had preached love and morality throughout his entire life. They also labeled Lord Jesus as a “King”.

Understandably, the commercial carried meanings to different people. But most agreed that as far as the message of the commercial is concerned, it was a truly wholesome one.
