Unexpectedly, he crossed paths with a wild bear and what unfolded next was a brute and raw display of willpower. Fans have gone crazy over this viral video and it further attracted reactions from UFC stars like Jorge Masvidal and Tim Kennedy.

The UFC star Jorge Masvidal also jumped on the internet bandwagon. Typical of his nature, the quick-thinking skills of the mountaineer impressed the ‘Gamebred’. The welterweight fighter has a knack for sharing such videos on his social media handles.

Another UFC veteran, Tim Kennedy, took the incident on a lighter note.

The video starts with a mountaineer recording his hike trip, and a bear attack catches him unguarded. While the mountaineer screams and punches back the bear, he never gives up.

The mountaineer pushes the bear and maintains his higher-ground position throughout. He even resorts to kicking the bear to make sure that bear doesn’t climb up.

Former UFC fighter Tim Kennedy tweeted about the toughness of the mountaineer. Thus, he wrote, “Right when you think you are peaking at being a tough guy…. you watch a mountain climber fight a bear while hanging off a cliff.”

A user was terrified by the incident. Therefore, he commented, “Yeah I don’t want any part of that. Absolutely terrifying”
