Joe Rogan narrates the story of getting attacked by a girl in ninth grade

While exchanging embarrassing stories, the long-time UFC commentator recalled how he once got attacked by a girl on the way to school. Rogan remembers being confused if he could hit her back at that time: “I got beaten up by a girl on a bus when I was 14. Couldn’t even fight back. I didn’t know what to do, I wasn’t sure if I could hit her back.”

The 55-year-old also recalled that it was a big aggressive girl who attacked him without much prior warning.

“..something happened when I got on the bus. And there was this girl who was this tough girl, smoked cigarettes, she had leather jackets. And I don’t remember what happened and i don’t remember what the conversation was, but she either decided I was on the wrong seat or whatever so she started wailing on me. Like it wasn’t even… I didn’t argue back she just started punching me,” recalled Rogan.

“And then this little guy who winds up being my friend…. tiny little guy, he was like in fifth grade and like the girl beats me up and then he comes over and “i ain’t f****g afraid of you either”.

This experience surely sounded like something out of a book or a movie. Although it is a funny memory as of now, it must have surely motivated Rogan to pick up self-defense as a kid.
