UFC CEO Dana White at 54 is going out and about making healthy choices in light of his dire medical condition. White has repeatedly admitted to having a horde of health issues over the past few years. He claimed that it was his unhealthy choices and lifestyle that led to his declining health and has since adopted drastic steps to turn around time.

With no signs of slowing down, White is currently working with Gary Brecka, a human biologist and a mortality-modeling expert. What that essentially means is that Brecka is trying to help White make his life longer.  With the UFC Boss’ concern that he might not make it past sixty, his new physique tells a whole new success story instead.

Gary Brecka of 10 X Health Systems seemingly has warned the 54-year-old, that he doesn’t have much more than ten years left to live. His blood analysis also revealed a far more dreadful threat than Brecka initially assumed. His triglyceride levels were through the roof, compared to normal levels. “Triglycerides are a measure of blood fat and shouldn’t be over 149 – two or three hundred is a ‘cataclysmic level,'” Breka explained, “but his was 768.” This was all the caution White needed to make deliberate attempts to turn his life around.

White’s good friend Joe Rogan has himself advocated the use of red-light saunas because they’re linked with better vision and greater production of the testosterone hormone. And everyone who watches the ‘Joe Rogan Experience’ knows Rogan’s love for Cold Plunges. With White looking better than ever, the Rogan-approved therapy clearly seems to work and as they say, health is indeed wealth.’

54 and forward: A new chapter for DanaWhite

White has made it clear that there’s no stopping him from making strides in his professional career. With no plans to retire yet, his struggle between his professional and personal life is known to many UFC fans. Losing both his parents was something that the business tycoon recently opened up about, unusual for his otherwise reserved character. But with pictures popping up often like a biking trip and the recent cold plunge, it’s clear that he doesn’t plan to let himself slip.

Joe Rogan has also admitted earlier that his friend lived like “an animal”.  He would almost always be working and it was doing significant damage to his physical well-being. So, Dana White’s commitment to living a healthier life is a welcome development leaving the fans excited.
