The UFC President gave the retired fighter a gift that he loved. The Russian took to Instagram to post a video of the shoes White gifted him. He wrote, “Thank you so much @danawhite”.

He added, “Amazing gift”.

White posted it on his Instagram story as well.

The sneakers White gifted Nurmagomedov is a rare one. It was the product of Jordan Brand, Travis Scott, and Hiroshi Fujiwara’s Fragment Design coming together and creating something memorable. The Air Jordan 1 Low: Travis Scott x Fragment has familiar color blocking schemes.

The sail swoosh is backward; a signature Travis Scott touch for the design. Further, Cactus Jack and Fragment Design logos are embossed on left and right heels, respectively. Was there a rift between Khabib Nurmagomedov and Dana White?

‘The Eagle’ has been trying to get his teammate, Islam Makhachev, a shot at the lightweight title. After all, Makhachev has been in great form and given some incredible fights.

However, it seems like the UFC President did not respond to Nurmagomedov’s text messages regarding Makhachev. As reported by ‘Givemesport‘, Nurmagomedov said, “Honestly, this is first time since we started talking to each other that he don’t respond to me.”

“I send him message saying ‘No way someone else can fight for the title. Islam has to be there’.”

“He don’t respond. I think he was busy, maybe. It was first time.”

Dana White had come forward to explain he didn’t reply, as he had no answer. He wanted Makhachev to face Beneil Dariush.
