After Overcoming a Career-Threatening Injury, Brash UFC Star Conor McGregor Sends a ‘F**ing Steel’ Warning

Conor McGregor has been out of the arena after his injury in UFC 264. However, his popularity has only increased in the due course. Many fighters have called out McGregor for a fight. But McGregor has kept the fans dangling with his cryptic tweets. 

Recently, ‘The Notorious’ shared a five second cryptic video on Twitter, at midnight. The post had his followers completely bewildered.

McGregor claims to be built like steel

In a deleted tweet, ‘The Notorious’ Conor McGregor said, “I’m built like f**king steel.” The cryptic voice message was shared late, around midnight, Irish Standard Time. Without a doubt, the post baffled the ‘Notorious’ fans. 

“12am in Dublin. What’s the craic?”, said a follower. While another was confused and just asked, “What”. Later, the Dubliner deleted the tweet before it could amass any further confusion in his fans’ minds.

Conor McGregor is set for a comeback

This is not the first time the UFC warrior shared such a message. It is not unknown that he has been training hard for his comeback to the UFC. He hasn’t appeared in the Octagon after his defeat by technical knockout against Dustin Poirier. Although he injured his leg in the fight, he has been itching for a comeback to the UFC.

Although he has been challenged by many other fighters, McGregor is rumored to fight Floyd Mayweather again in 2023. ‘Money’ previously shared his intentions of a rematch against McGregor in a massive money bout for $1.5 billion USD. He is also expected to go against Justin Gaethje.

Conor McGregor has also challenged Kamaru Usman for the welterweight division. The fighter has been called out by the likes of Charles Oliveira, Tony Ferguson, Michael Chandler and Max Holloway. It’s only a matter of time that fans get to see Conor ‘The Notorious’ McGregor coming back for a show in the Octagon. 

With multitudes of callouts and challenges, McGregor’s comeback will raise the energy levels in the MMA enthusiasts. His return has been anticipated for more than a year now. The top selling fighter has shown his interests with the cryptic messages on social media handles. He is not going down.
