But how can an expert interviewer like Rogan fail to get the answers? Well, that’s where he praised the Republican candidate. The UFC commentator said in the podcast that Trump is an expert at diverting his answers as far away from the real topic as possible. A trick that stopped Rogan from finding out about Trump’s first day as president.

Joe Rogan said in the podcast, “He’s just like real good at you asking him a question and he starts to answer it, but then he takes you on a totally different route. But you gotta bring him back in, but you gotta be respectful. So it’s like I knew that that’s the way he does it: ‘I understand what you’re doing, sir, but let’s get it back to what I was asking.’ I was like what that first f***in day is like, and I don’t think I really got an answer out of him.”

Well, it surely looks like Trump was really prepared for the interview, and his skills as a brilliant orator truly worked their charm. That’s why many pollsters are claiming that Trump has cracked the code of earning young male votes by appearing on comedy shows and podcasts rather than appearing on traditional media. But while he did shy away from revealing some major secrets, Trump did take the time and effort to praise his friend, Dana White.

Donald Trump is all praise for Dana White

While talking about his presidential campaigning, the ex-POTUS couldn’t help but praise UFC Head Honcho Dana White for prioritizing him over his own family. Speaking to Joe Rogan about Dana White, the ex-POTUS claimed that he truly wanted Dana White to give the introductory speech at an election rally. However, there was the major issue that at that time White was traveling with his wife and family, and as a result, he refused the opportunity.

Trump said, “It was interesting. He (Dana White) was away, and he said to the people that, you know, one of my guys called and said, “I won’t be able to do it. I’m… I just left with my wife and family.” However, the UFC head honcho proved to be a true friend to the former President, as he soon informed Trump that he would be available for him to give the speech at the Republican National Convention.

Yeah, he’s got to be one of your favorite people. He’s one of my favorites.” Well, it truly looks like the two are really great friends.
