After Unveiling Israel Adesanya for UFC 5 Cover, Reports Suggest Mike Tyson and Muhammad Ali Set to Star Beside ‘Stylebender’ Days Ahead of Game’s Release Date

Sports of any kind hold a special appeal for their fans. Many even take to training after being inspired by the best. When it comes to the boxing world, Mike Tyson and Muhammad Ali are arguably the best to have ever graced the ring. The MMA World also boasts of many such warriors, with Fedor Emelianenko possibly being one of the greatest at what he does.

While they will be remembered for making history, EA has gone a step further in paying respects to these legends. Their MMA Title, UFC 5, is set to release on the 27th of October. The game holds a special surprise for boxing fans as well as MMA fans. So far, some details of the game have been leaked. EA has released the cover artwork for the game as well. Both the MMA world and the gaming crowd are talking about this highly anticipated game and the bonus characters they promise.

The cover art of the Standard Edition of the game features the former women’s Flyweight Champion Valentina Shevchenko and the current men’s Featherweight Champion Alexander Volkanovski. While the standard cover boasts of the ‘Bullet’ and ‘The Great’; ‘The Last Stylebender’ Israel Adesanya features on the Deluxe Version cover art. While these names have gotten the MMA world buzzing, the game holds more in store as reported by ‘The Body Lock’.

Boxing legends Mike Tyson and Muhammad Ali, as well as MMA veteran Fedor Emelianenko, make their way into the game as bonus characters that you can avail on pre-ordering. ‘The Baddest Man on the Planet’ Tyson was the undisputed world heavyweight boxing champion for three years. Muhammad Ali, dubbed ‘The Greatest’, was the sports person of the Century according to Sports Illustrated. The two greatest boxing heavyweights are joined by the former PRIDE Heavyweight champion Fedor Emelianenko, who is widely regarded as one of the greatest Heavyweights in MMA. Sadly for fans, UFC commentator Joe Rogan has so far not been included in the game.
