Rogan added, “Nobody even gets a black belt in three years. I was a brown belt for eight f*cking years. BJ Penn is a special guy man. When people speak about GOATs, unfortunately, they leave him out of the equation.” The UFC commentator feels that people should consider BJ Penn as a GOAT.
