Alex Pereira is gearing up to face the formidable as well as former UFC champion Jiri Prochazka for the interim light heavyweight title. This will be Pereira’s debut in the light heavyweight division and if he secures the belt then he certainly will secure the G.O.A.T status. And ‘Poatan’ seems to be willing to assert that only.

After winning the UFC’s middleweight championship belt and losing it to Israel Adesanya once again, Alex Pereira has set his eyes on the coveted light heavyweight championship belt. To claim the belt he has only one stone on his way and that is Jiri Prochazka. 

Prochazka on the other hand was the former light heavyweight champion and he is also looking for championship status after sacrificing the title out of pure respect due to his shoulder injury. the former champion will be looking to reclaim his status.
