Mike Diamond and the City Kickboxing Team takeover
Diamond has a lot of hype behind him not only because he hails from CKB but also because of his approach to fighting. He is undefeated with a 2-0 record in kickboxing and a 3-0 record in MMA.
He’s secured finishes in 3 of his 5 wins and will want to build off the momentum he’s accrued. Furthermore, per Tapology, Mike Diamond is ranked 27 out of 83 active Australian and New Zealand welterweights.

There’s been a massive surge in talent coming out of New Zealand, thanks in large part to Eugene Bareman and CKB. It’s extremely rare to have two undisputed champions from a single gym, especially since it isn’t a ‘Super Gym’ like ATT or AKA.
