Volkanovski recently appeared for an interview with MMA News, discussing his soon to arrive bout with The Korean Zombie. The champ is being a lot more critical about how he’d feel about specific outcomes of the fight.

Talking about how he’d feel if he does not finish the fight soon, Volkanovski stated, “I’ll be pretty disappointed, and this is no disrespect to Zombie if I do not finish this fight inside the three. I think where I’m at right now, what I’m seeing right now, I feel like I’m on a whole other level.”

He continued, “No matter where it goes if the clinch gets to the floor or whether it is on the feet, I feel like I’m just gonna be too much and overwhelming, and I’ll get that finish… So I’ll just be disappointed if I don’t prove that to myself… So I’m gonna go out there and do that.”
