Dustin Poirier and The Good Fight Foundation

Dustin Poirier and his wife Jolie started The Good Fight Foundation. Their main agenda is to raise money for needy people and to help them benefit in every way. The foundation started off by auctioning the fighter’s trunks, shirts, and wraps after each of his fights. The money collected was then used to help underserved communities through health care and environmental disaster relief.

This is what Poirier said about his foundation- “I am a fighter. It’s what I do. Now I want to fight the good fight for those who can’t. I have created a platform for fellow athletes and fans to join together. Fight for underserved communities and answer the call of those in need.”

Recent Work of Poirier and his charitable foundation

The fighter is certainly doing his bit to make sure that society is being helped in the right way. Last year, the foundation had donated around 1000 meals to medical staff and frontline workers on Easter Sunday. The entire activity took place in the athlete’s hometown in Lafayette. “There’s three major hospitals here in Lafayette,” “We want to feed every employee – doctors, nurses – at every hospital,” said ‘The Diamond’.

Recently the American fighter tied up with Robert Graham to help the needy and this is what he had to say:- “I partnered with Robert Graham, one of my wife’s and my favorite brands for color and personality, to raise awareness for The Good Fight Foundation, a charity I started to help local community and underserved populations.

I challenge my fellow fighters, the UFC community, friends, family, and superfans alike to sport this t-shirt and headband and fight the good fight with me. I’m proud to work with Robert Graham. Who is donating a portion of the proceeds from these two styles to The Good Fight Foundation.”
