Kelvin Gastelum is one of the decorated fighters in the Ultimate Fighting Championship. The American is looking really dominant in the middleweight division of the game. He is currently ranked at #8 in the UFC middleweight rankings. Gastelum has been professionally fighting since late 2010.

The middleweight fighter is known for being quite flexible inside the octagon. His kicks and hard punches have always aided him to dominate his opponents. In one of his recent interviews, the fighter said,

“But I feel like the tides have been turning in my favor. I feel like I’m at a different point in my life, in my career, and as a person. I feel like I grew a lot in these last couple of years. When I was supposed to fight for the title, the Kelvin Gastelum back then is not the same as the guy that is stepping into the Octagon against Rob on April 17.

I’ve grown and matured; I’m not the little 21-year-old guy from The Ultimate Fighter anymore. I feel refreshed and I’m ready to restart my career, and that starts with Robert Whittaker.”

Who is Lena Pattyson?

Gastelum’s girlfriend, Lena, is his personal strength and conditioning coach. She is the person behind the fighter’s good core skills and nutrition. Pattyson’s occupation is that of a personal trainer, and she is based out of California. She has her training roots from the notable strength and conditioning coach Phil Daru.

Pattyson is a fitness freak and all this is evident from her social media pages where she continuously helps her clients to live a healthy life. She has also worked with Ironside Performance gym in Utah and House of Power gym in Westminster, California.
