Recently, Diaz once again got into a nasty street fight with the TikTok star Rodney Peterson in New Orleans. Diaz came to New Orleans to attend the match with his teammate Chris Avila. After watching the viral video, many thought that he got into the brawl with WWE star Logan Paul due to Peterson’s uncanny resemblance to Paul. At the moment, Diaz is facing legal charges for attacking the TikTok star.

Surprisingly, the retired BMF champion of the UFC, Jorge Masvidal, has lent a helping hand to Diaz in this dire situation. Masvidal has faced legal complications for attacking his rival, Colby Covington, in Miami. Now, he suggests a top lawyer in the country to Diaz to get away from the issue. Moreover, ‘Gamebred’ defends the actions of Diaz in the name of self-defense. According to Masvidal, the other person might have violated Diaz’s privacy, which would have provoked him. It was surprising to see ‘Gamebred’ supporting Diaz, as the two were former rivals and locked horns at UFC 244.

When asked about his take on Diaz’s street fight, Masvidal said, “Nate Diaz, by the way, if you see this I got a top lawyer in the country that wants to represent you. His name is Brad Cohen. Hope you people get in touch with him. He wants to take care of you… Obviously, I don’t talk to Nate Diaz but you know what my boy MMA junkie give him the message“

After lending legal help to Diaz, Masvidal began to take about his view on the incident. He added, “What it looked like to me is that this dude ran up on Nate right and you know you got to respect and it looked like it was self-defense but I don’t know I didn’t see the whole video. I saw like one shi*ty angle so I don’t really even want to say too much. I just want to say like you can’t run up on people. You can’t violate people’s personal space and think it’s cool to get away with.”

According to Masvidal, the TikTok star provoked Diaz. Being a fellow MMA fighter, Masvidal chose to take on Diaz, as he has also faced similar situations.

Surprisingly, the bout against the Logan Paul lookalike was not the first fight Diaz got into that night. On the same day, he got into a brawl with TV star Chase Demoor. Demoor and Diaz were among the audience members who came to watch the match. Without much provocation, Diaz got up from his seat and threw a water bottle at Demoor. It infuriated Demoor. He got up from the seat and came forward to fight Diaz. The majority of the crowd got up from their seats. Diaz’s actions disturbed the entire audience, who were was eagerly watching the match.
