Some of his earliest losses came against Rico Rodriguez, Pedro Rizzo, and also Tim Sylvia. The 2010s saw Andrei Arlovski failing to overcome former champion Stipe Miocic and Alistair Overeem in consecutive fights. Then the 44-year-old veteran also suffered defeats against Francis Ngannou, Marcin Tybura, and even Tai Tuivasa. Arlovski’s losses in other promotions
During his time away from the UFC, Andrei Arlovski competed in other promotions like Strikeforce, which was later acquired by the UFC. There, he fought some of the most iconic names outside of Dana White’s promotion to ever compete inside the cage. One of those names was the aforementioned Fedor Emilanenko. Arlovski took on the Russian maestro following a knockout win over Roy Nelson but got absolutely destroyed by Emelianenko, who finished him in the first round.

The loss to Fedor Emelianenko led ‘The Pitbull’ to register a few more losses in Strikeforce. Those defeats came against Brett Rogers, Antonio Silva, and Sergei Kharitonov before he decided to part ways with the promotion. Till now Andrei Arlovski has amassed a record of 34 wins, 22 losses, and 2 no-contests.

At 44 years old, Andrei Arlovski could be finding it difficult to perform at the level he desires.
