‘The Problem Child’ Jake Paul is training for the toughest upcoming boxing bout of his career on August 28. He will face a former UFC Welterweight champion ‘The Chosen One’ Tyron Woodley for his fourth professional boxing match. Woodley is ready for his boxing debut, making him the second MMA fighter to box Jake Paul. Previously Paul fought and won against Woodley’s friend and former UFC fighter Ben Askren.

In a recent interview with Mike Swick Podcast, Woodley opens up about his first thoughts that crossed his mind after Jake Paul agreed to fight him as his next opponent. ‘The Chosen One’ said, “My first thought, you know, still coming to this moment. It feels a little more written out because you know we did a poster out. We did a face off and show time bringing us out. You know but before we didn’t, it was just like man this time don’t really happen.”

Tyron Woodley continues, ” It was like one of those things they like you know I’m scared to even post a lot of the training for you. I’m like cutting some of the stuff that makes me look like a savage out because I don’t want him to get freaked out like no you know my leg hurt. And that’s why I said we need the anti b**ch clause. When he sees like people don’t really understand how long I’ve been boxing and how many world champion boxers I’ve sparred.”

Tyron Woodley a dangerous customer to deal with

The former UFC champion is one of the hardest hitting Welterweights on the planet. Woodley feels if Jake Paul saw him training in his videos, he could drop out from the fight faking an injury. Therefore, he doesn’t want something like this to happen, this is why he said ” we need the anti b**ch clause”. In short, he doesn’t want Jake Paul to b**tch out of the fight.

‘The Chosen One’ has one punch knockout power which makes him a dangerous customer to deal with though out the fight. Jake Paul has a unique challenge in front of him as he hasn’t fought a knock out artist before. On the other hand, this fight is an equally arduous task for Woodley because he hasn’t competed inside the boxing ring yet. He has passed his prime and my people believe ‘The Chosen One’ has lost his touch after losing back to back in his last four fights.

Fighting ‘The Chosen One’ is a big step for the YouTube star turned boxer Jake Paul. Getting a win over a power house like Tyron Woodley will help him in becoming a legit fighter. ‘The Problem Child’ is also a type of knockout artist in his own rights by stopping all his previous opponents. Looking at the match up one thing looks certain, somebody’s going to sleep early on August 28.
