Although he is currently on a two-fight skid, the Irishman is aiming for a title fight on his return. However, McGregor’s arch-rival Cejudo wants him to take winnable fights first to map his way to the title.
‘The Messenger’ even suggested an opponent for ‘The Notorious’ that he thinks is a ‘winnable’ fight for him. “For Conor McGregor, I like the Tony Ferguson fight for him. I think that fight is winnable for Conor. He cannot be taking these high-level competitions. He’s gonna get hurt.” Cejudo said in an interview with The Schmo.

“He’s gonna continue to keep getting hurt. You know what I am saying. I think he could go up to with Tony and then maybe, you know, of course, he’s a cash cow,” he added.
“Give him whoever you want at 55 or 70. But I think he needs to get his feet wet with at least f**king win, man, win a damn fight.” Cejudo concluded.

MMA is different than boxing if you over turn your hips it leads to easy takedowns. It’s hard to recover your position if you over throw your hips. You essentially add more time to whatever punch you throw next. You really need to understand setup punches. – Sincerely the 🐐 https://t.co/kjPhqKuuO1

Right after acknowledging the video, ‘The Messenger’ pointed out flaws in it. He suggested that the UFC star is moving his hip too much which will give a gate for his opponent to land a takedown. In one of his interviews, Cejudo even asked McGregor to train in wrestling.
