

In what could be groundbreaking news for grappling fans, the UFC fight pass has announced an exclusive multi-year streaming agreement with ADCC. The organization will stream its events through 2024 exclusively on fight passes as the promotion continues to expand its coverage.

One of the interesting reactions that came up with the news was the collective sigh of relief from grappling fans. ADCC previously had a partnership with Flo Grappling, which fans did not seem to be a fan of. Thus, most of the reactions on the news were quite untoward at Flo Grappling and its services. More on ADCC and UFC’s recent announcement
With this announcement, ADCC will exclusively stream over 40 ADCC events through 2024. The major events during this time frame are the ADCC Opens, Trials, and Championship in Las Vegas on September 2024. As per schedule, the partnership is expected to kick off with the ADCC opening in Mexico in March.
ADCC is the biggest submission grappling event in the world with athletes like Gordon Ryan, and Andre Galvao competing for the highest accolade in the sport. Some of the athletes who competed in ADCC and also successfully transitioned to MMA are Ronaldo Souza, Fabrício Werdum, and Gilbert Burns.
This announcement is sure to bring more eyes to the sport of grappling as well as provide a better streaming platform ADCC as well. So, grappling fans should stay tuned as there are a lot of events to look forward to.
