The fascination Joe Rogan has with aliens has made him come up with a lot of theories that he has often discussed in his million-dollar podcast. American news anchor Tucker Carlson made his debut appearance on the ‘Joe Rogan Experience‘, where he joined the host in a conversation about aliens. During that conversation, Rogan theorized that aliens are doing to human beings what scientists have done with primates.

The fans were left confused when the JRE production team deleted the recent podcast episode just minutes after the initial post on YouTube. Nevertheless, the episode was released later with Joe Rogan and Tucker Carlson indulging in an interesting conversation when the 56-year-old mentioned a theory he derived from Netflix’s ‘Chimp Empire‘.

The world’s biggest online streaming platform, Netflix, has a vast library of movies, TV shows, and also, documentaries. The documentary ‘Chimp Empire’ seems to be one of Joe Rogan’s favorites. He never seems to stop talking about it. The JRE host mentioned to Tucker Carlson how the chimpanzees behave normally around the scientists who observe daily routines, believing that they are just part of the environment.

“Chimps have become accustomed to them [the scientists] being there and the chimps behave completely normally. The chimps see them as just an innocuous part of their environment,” Joe Rogan stated. The primates did not seem to care about the presence of humans among them, especially because the scientists never tried to provoke them, which allowed them to evolve in their own way. Meanwhile, scientists keep making their observations.

“They are not food, they’re not enemy, they don’t ever intrude, they don’t try to challenge them, they don’t make eye contact, so they don’t worry about the people at all. So they behave completely like chimps,” Rogan added. The 56-year-old then shifted his attention to aliens and theorized that, just like the chimpanzees, something similar may be happening to human beings as well.

Are aliens helping humans evolve?

From the perspective of an advanced species, especially an alien in this matter, Joe Rogan mentioned what he would have done if he had been studying the way human beings live. The JRE host claimed that, as an alien, he would introduce new kinds of technology to humans and observe how they develop it to see where it leads to. Rogan further stated, “If I was an advanced species, and I was studying people and I wanted the human beings to eventually kind of catch up, right? You’re introducing technology that they call donations, crash vehicles. ‘Figure out what fiber optics are. Here you go, check this out.'”

The 56-year-old mentioned that it may take a lot of time for humans to be able to make use of the technology or maybe they can do it in a rather short period. But the exposure to new elements will aid human beings to evolve rapidly, similar to how scientists are helping chimpanzees evolve. “Maybe it will take you decades or maybe it’ll take more [time]. But you are accelerating the technological evolution of this advanced species on this planet,” Joe Rogan added.
