Arnold Schwarzenegger is arguably the greatest bodybuilder of all time. He has been inspiring fans across the world with his supreme physique and disciplined lifestyle. A UFC veteran, however, destroyed Schwarzenegger‘s bench pressing record, and that too with a good margin. David Lee Abbott bench-pressed a whopping 600lbs in the video that surfaced on YouTube.

Arnold Schwarzenegger had earlier admitted to reaching a highest of 525 lbs in a bench press. ‘Tank’ Abbott’s effort is higher than what Arnold Schwarzenegger did by a solid 75 lbs.

I failed to lift 500 pounds, not once, not twice, but tons of times.” That’s one of the best things the gym can teach you. “
