‘Boss’ Professor & Student Solve ‘Beef’ With Perfect Wrestling Show in Class, UFC Pro & Fans React

Wrestling on mats is a common site, but wrestling in the classroom? That too with a professor? As weird as it may sound, the incident did take place and the video of it instantly went viral.

The students and the people on social media thoroughly enjoyed the contest and were delighted to see the incident take place.

Even UFC veteran, Marion Reneau, joined the comment section to share her response.

As we can see in the clip, the tussle between the two was quite close, and the class was in for a treat.

Both got in some incredible scrambles and outwitted one another; however, the professor had the better of the student on several instances.

The students and the people on social media thoroughly enjoyed the contest and were delighted to see the incident take place. The two showed some ‘decent’ wrestling skills which are also important in MMA.

How important is wrestling in MMA?

Wrestling in MMA is one of the most lethal tools to have in the arsenal. Wrestlers have dominated the sport for a very long time; moreover, the majority of the fighters who’ve been UFC champions were wrestlers. 

Cain Velasquez, Daniel Cormier, Khabib Nurmagomedov, Henry Cejudo, and Jon Jones, along with being impeccable fighters, all of them share two things in common: they were all UFC champions and all of them had a wrestling background.
