

UFC sensation, and crowd favorite, Chris Barnett will soon enter the octagon again. The heavyweight fighter will take on UFC debutant Martin Buday on April 16, 2022, at UFC Fight Night 206.

Barnett made his UFC debut at UFC Fight Night 188 against Ben Rothwell. He came on the back of a six-fight win streak but lost the fight in the second round via submission. ‘Beastboy’ bounced back from the loss spectacularly. He entered the octagon for the second time at one of the biggest events of 2021, UFC 268.
Barnett took on a retiring Gian Villante and made quite an impression on the fans and the whole MMA community. Right from his entertaining walkout to his performance, fans couldn’t get enough of him. He knocked Villante out in the second round with an impressive spinning wheel kick and landed a front flip after getting the win.

Since the fight, fans have been eagerly waiting for him to return and now it has been confirmed. He will take on Slovakian, Martin Buday at UFC Fight Night 206.

The Slovak started his MMA career in 2015 and 9-1 in his professional career. He is currently on an eight-fight win streak and has won seven fights via T/KO. A fight against Barnett will be a tough test for ‘Badys’ and a win will definitely do him a lot of good.
