Nina Nunes is all set to return to action at the UFC event on December 18 against Amanda Lemos. Nunes last competed in the UFC back in April 2021 in a losing effort against Mackenzie Dern at UFC Vegas 23.
Nunes, a professional MMA fighter since 2010, has an MMA record of (10-7.) Her opponent, Lemos, on the other hand, has a much more impressive MMA record of (10-1-1).

Lemos has been in incredible form recently, winning her last 4 UFC fights. Currently, she sits at #13 in the UFC women’s strawweight rankings. With a victory over the seventh-ranked Nunes, she would look to move up in the division.

Ever since the news of a fight between Nunes and Lemos broke, people have been eagerly waiting for the fighter to return to action. ‘The Strina’ is one of the most popular fighters in the women’s division, as apart from being a great fighter, she is the wife of two-weight champion Amanda Nunes.
