The 30-year-old Manchester native caught up with former strongman ‘The Beast’ Eddie Hall and Glory Kickboxing heavyweight champion Rico Verhoeven recently. During the collaborative workout session, all three heavyweights took time to spar against each other, joking around a punch machine and lifting weights.

Can Aspinall lift flyweight fighters? Fans react

The first thing that fans noticed was the weight on each hand of Tom Aspinall. Given that it was 127 lbs each, one fan made a hilarious comment that the interim champion was lifting two flyweight fighters at once.
