UFC 286 promises a stacked card with a few absolute bangers lined up for the fans. Going down in London, the event will see Britain’s own Leon Edwards defend his welterweight title against the same man he claimed the title from – Kamaru Usman. After rallying in the final minute of the fight to knock out ‘The Nigerian Nightmare’ with a devastating head kick, ‘Rocky’ took home UFC gold, becoming only the second Englishman to achieve the feat in UFC history. In doing so, he also broke Usman‘s awe-inspiring 19-fight win streak that included five successful title defenses.

Naturally, a spectacular loss like that means Usman will be heading into the fight itching to correct the wrongs from the night in Salt Lake City. The fact that he was winning almost every minute of the fight, bare the first round, probably means he believes he could beat Edwards convincingly. This belief is also evident in his recent interviews, as the former champ prepares for a crucial rematch.

Despite this, a fresh clip of Usman training before the bout has apparently left fans in splits. The 35-year-old’s video of him missing the speed bag has drawn huge trolling from MMA fans all over Twitter.

The clip posted by a page that appeared to be a troll account on Twitter mocked Usman by calling him sharp despite the fighter missing an easy jab on the speed bag.

Fans of Leon Edwards left no stone unturned in trolling the former champ.

Despite getting mocked, it’s still not clear if Usman was setting up some other combo with that jab. But nonetheless, MMA fans can be often hilarious in their reactions.

Usman aiming to beat Leon Edwards at UFC 286 and reclaim the welterweight title

UFC London provides ‘The Nigerian Nightmare’ a perfect opportunity to silence all doubts that were brought up about his form and age. In spite of dominating the division for years, Usman was subject to harsh questions about his mindset after the head-kick loss at UFC 278. Along with that, questions about his injuries just added to the pressure leading into this fight.

But despite all the doubts cast on him, the former champ will be confident ahead of the fight, considering that he was coasting to an easy win right before he got caught. A win here would also be extremely satisfying for the former champ, as it will come in front of Edwards’ home crowd.
