When Joe Rogan ended the GOAT debate

In the #2017 episode of JRE that aired last month, Rogan praised Nurmagomedov for his brilliant fighting skills and character. The former Fear Factor host said, “Khabib Nurmagomedov is arguably the greatest fighter of all time. He is definitely in the argument. I mean the guy lost like two rounds ever in his whole career.” After calling ‘The Eagle’ the greatest fighter of all time, Rogan then detailed the hard training the former UFC lightweight champion takes.

He added, “During Ramadan, there is no eating, no drinking, no nothing during the day. Training is all like brutal and Spartan. And he is super humble.Later, the podcaster mentioned that Nurmagomedov is a true champion as he has an admirable character. The UFC commentator has also praised the Dagestani fighter for his ability to dominate every single opponent.

‘The Eagle’ is a master of wrestling and ground-and-pound. He has been able to take down and control his opponents with ease, and he has a knack for finishing fights with submissions. Even though Rogan tagged Nurmagomedov as the MMA GOAT, he has never belittled the fighting prowess of Jon Jones.
