Would you ask a professional MMA fighter to hit you? Well, fans did ask Ilia Topuria and Alex Pereira for some hits. While Pereira’s fan endured the attacks, Topuria’s fan dropped down with a body shot. No doubt, things seemed a bit problematic for the soon-to-be former featherweight champion. And now, the thing almost happened with Jean Silva before his fight against Bryce Mitchell at UFC 314. Thankfully, he had Caio Borralho with him to control the situation.

Full Violence MMA recently shared a video on their Instagram page where one of Silva’s fans asked him to give him a hit with his fist. Surprisingly, Silva got ready to comply. And as soon as he kissed his clenched fist, the camera shifted to his wife, Carolina de Castro, who seemingly got scared. Well, ‘Lord’ has the second longest active knockout streak with 4 back-to-back KO wins. And a hit to a fan by that fist would have definitely meant a homecoming of trouble for Silva, right before his bout at Dana White‘s UFC 314.

Soon after de Castro showed her worries, ‘The Natural’ swooped in to prevent things from worsening. He seemed to say no as he walked in between the fan and Silva, preventing his teammate from possibly jeopardizing his bout against the #13 featherweight contender. The video ended with Silva making barking noises to settle his heightened energy.

The caption to the post read, “Jean Silva was about to change this man’s life and Caio had to step in,” followed by a skull emoji. And as soon as the post got out on the social media platform, the fight fans took over the comments section to express their thoughts. Of course, most of the comments showered respect on Borralho for his intervention. Let’s take a look at what the fighting community had to say.

Fight fans have heroic remarks for Caio Borralho after saving Jean Silva

Well, most of the fight fans seemed to link the Fighting Nerds with Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. And with ‘The Natural’ preventing ‘Lord’ from getting into trouble, netizens called him the dual-katana-wielding Ninja Turtle, Leonardo. A fan wrote, “Caio is really the Leonardo of the team 😂.” The TMNT reference seemed to fit perfectly with Borralho and Silva’s act. So how would the entire team of 4 look? Another fan swooped in to set things straight about that. The comment read, “So Silva is the Raphael, Ruffy is Donatello, Prates Mikey, and Caio is Leonardo in this TMNT type team.”

On the other hand, people lifted the middleweight contender as the group’s big brother. The netizens took note of this and commented, “Big brother Caio 🙂‍↕️.” Another fan wrote, “Caio like the big brother lol.” Meanwhile, a few of the fight fans even claimed that ‘The Natural’ was babysitting the Fighting Nerds. The comment went like, “Caio is the babysitter of the group.”

Nevertheless, the fighting realm took a sigh of relief as Borralho saved the day. One fan wrote, “The common man almost became the nicest most humble man ever and Caio had to step in 😂.” One more fan seemed grateful for the 32-year-old middleweight’s presence. He wrote, “Good thing they got each other💀.” Additionally, one of the fans reflected on Borralho’s behavior and claimed, “Caio saving life and chill 😂.”
