All is not well between UFC legends Chael Sonnen and Vitor Belfort. Although the two have fought in the UFC light heavyweight division, both of them have never faced off inside the Octagon. Vitor believes the time is now and has called out ‘The Bad Guy’. 

The former UFC middleweight and light-heavyweight title challenger saw the tweet which read, “I want Chael Sonnen. I want to shut him up. Sonnen, I will give you a beating.” (via google translate)

He didn’t take ‘The Phenom’s words too kindly and sent out a barrage of tweets aimed at Belfort.

He wrote, “Hey, Somebody translated this for me. Congratulations! Now you’re STUPID in TWO LANGUAGES!”

The former UFC fighter continued, “Have somebody translate “MISTER SONNEN” for you, and learn how to address me if you are BEGGING ME for a FIGHT.”

Chael Sonnen lays a verbal smack down on Vitor Belfort

Sonnen proceeded with his verbal volleys. He tweeted, “One of my sponsors wants to know what BRA SIZE you are now that you’re 55 years old.” He continued, “So he can send you some samples and bring some DIGNITY to your BINGO LADY PHYSIQUE.”

Sonnen is regarded as one of the best trash-talker in all combat sports. His wit and the ability to hype the crowd with his charisma has always been one of his strong points.

‘The Bad Guy’ was not done there as he went on to say, “Instead of babbling about “Kick You Ass” “Shut You Mouth” Try… USE YOU BRAIN”.

Chael went on, “Maybe you forgot the last time I saw you in NY? I sold you the Brooklyn Bridge and a Time-Share on the Moon? Guy YOU NO GOOD THINKER.”

Finally, he concluded, “Here’s a little training exercise if you want to fight me – Find mirror – Look into it – Point at the stupid old dude w/the 52FFF bust -Say the word “STUPID” 100 times Keep doing this till you convince yourself that SUICIDE BY SONNEN is a BAAAD IDEA.”

Sonnen and Belfort were scheduled to fight at UFC 175 in 2014. However, Sonnen failed his drug test, and the UFC canceled the bout. Both fighters are no longer in the UFC.

It may be unlikely to see Sonnen and Belfort face each other in the octagon. However, in MMA, you can never say never. What did you make of Belfort’s call-out and Sonnen’s epic rant?
