Raul Rosas Jr. has been on the rise ever since he won his debut match in the UFC against Jay Perrin. Without a doubt, his return to the Octagon was anticipated by the fans. However, the induction of a new fighter indirectly displaces an existing warrior. Such was the case with Chris Curtis, who recently got displaced by the 18-year-old. Recently, the promotion released the stack for UFC 287, with Alex Pereira versus Israel Adesanya in the main event and Gilbert Burns versus Jorge Masvidal for the co-main event. Although the main events have seemingly enhanced the excitement of the MMA fans, Curtis felt nothing but disappointment. He took to Twitter and revealed the reason behind his ‘salty’ mood.

Curtis got relegated to the preliminary bouts in order to move the teenage MMA sensation to the pay-per-view events. Without a doubt, these types of changes sadden the competitors. ‘Action-Man’ claimed he was one of the best cards of the year and yet, he got bounced from the main card.
