Kyle Forgeard, who is a member of the NELK Boys podcast, recently accused his own fellow member Bob Menery. Forgeard claimed Menery was involved in the altercation that happened earlier this week between Colby Covington and Jorge Masvidal. Foregeard asserted he suspects Menery helped ‘Gamebred’ in setting up an ambush to sucker-punch ‘Chaos’.

The recent altercation reportedly happened outside a restaurant named Papi Steak in Miami. Moreover, Forgeard and Menery met Covington for their podcast show on the night of the brawl. Forgeard claimed he saw Menery texting Masvidal while they were eating inside the restaurant.

From the video, Forgeard is suggesting that Menery was waving at Masvidal. “Bob Menery actually set Colby up. So I did see him texting Masvidal. While we were at dinner with Colby. So, now that I think about it, something isn’t adding up.” said Forgeard.

Colby Covington, who was present at the site to meet ‘NELK Boys’, had then recently defeated Masvidal at UFC 272. Even during the heated press conference of UFC 272, Masvidal and Covington got into a nasty argument. After the loss, Masvidal reportedly took this dispute outside the Octagon.

Nelk Boys’ Host expresses disappointment after the attack on Colby Covington

Conversely, Menery has actually denounced ‘Gamebred’ on Twitter for hitting ‘Chaos’. “All I can say is I’m extremely disappointed in @GamebredFighter as a professional fighter tonight. You let down a lot of people tonight, bro. Disappointed,” said Menery.

Furthermore, Menery posted a sarcastic reply on his Instagram saying: @Kyle set up @chrisrock. Perhaps this comeback was based on the shocking moment at Oscars stage, where Will Smith had an altercation with Chris Rock.

Bob Menery Denies Kyle Forgeard’s Claim

After his co-host accused him, Bob Menery cleared he was not involved in ambushing Covington outside the restaurant. In fact, the host was all praises for the Welterweight star. “Colby is one of the greatest in the game right now… Love this dude for real. Had some good laughs until everything went down,” said Menery.

Menery said that he did not enjoy ‘what went down later. “Sucked. Ruined the vibe. And no, we did not set Colby up. @kyle is a d*ck. Lol,” said Menery.
