The welterweight contender stated that he sees himself as the “Donald Trump of the UFC” and also expressed a desire to run for Congress. He revealed, “I definitely would like to run for Congress in a few years, I think I’d be the perfect fighter. I’m not a guy that’s going to sell out to the establishment.”

He also stated that he is contemplating a potential role as the governor of Florida after his fighting career, emphasizing his multifaceted capabilities beyond the octagon.
