Former two-division champion Conor McGregor is all set to return to the Octagon. The Dubliner was out of action for more than three years because of a leg injury. However, the 35-year-old is now back to prime fitness and will take on Michael Chandler at UFC  303. McGregor initially took to his X account to share the news of his return with the fans.

However, he had to wait a long time before the UFC made the fight official. Much to the fans’ surprise, the fight will now take place in the 170-pound division, which has made the battle even more interesting. Both fighters have stepped up their preparation and will look to settle their differences once and for all.

Ahead of the battle, ‘Mystic Mac’, known for his intense training sessions and work ethic, has now incorporated a new method of training. A recent post shared by Parry Punch on Instagram shared the exact details of his new training plan. According to the post, the former champion has incorporated grounding and tree-hugging into his daily training routine for his upcoming fight against Chandler.

After watching the video, fans seemed concerned about the Dubliner. This is not the first time when the Dubliner has adopted a new strategy before a big fight. However, it now seems that the fans are not super impressed with his mind games.

Conor McGregor is without a doubt one of the hard-working athletes in the UFC. However, there are times when he does indulge in some unusual training plans. This is exactly the situation regarding his latest training video. Fans, after inspecting the video, have shared their opinion on the whole.
