Conor McGregor loves to look good; A good wristwatch makes a look a thousand times better, and ‘The Notorious’ definitely has a hang of donning exceptional watches. However, recently, the Irish superstar faced an embarrassment because of his lovely watch.

Recently, the former UFC dual champion was at a Chopard event. An event coined as ‘Gentlemen’s Evening’ at the Chopard rooftop saw ‘The Notorious‘ wearing a Patek Philippe watch.

And while it’s a lovely watch, wearing it and sharing a drink with the co-president of Chopard, Karl-Friedrich Scheufele, makes it an awkward moment.

‘The Notorious’ is no stranger to attending such high-profile events. The Irish man shared a good time with the owner of Chopard and later had a message for him on his Instagram.

“Karl, my man! It glitters like gold when Chopard is the place to be at @festivaldecannes! Thank you @chopard, we will be back!” noted McGregor.

McGregor posted multiple snaps from the event as he made sure his 45+ million followers get insight into how much fun he had at the event.

Though ‘The Notorious’ had an embarrassing moment at the event, he is not alone in pulling off such a move. Even Hollywood star, Chris Hemsworth, had a similar glitch at the time when he was a brand ambassador of TAG Heuer brand and wore an Audemars Piguet Royal Oak watch at an event.

The 33-year-old, though, had a mishap while selecting the watch, but he didn’t miss the opportunity to introduce his Proper 12 Irish Whiskey to the Chopard event.

“The renowned “Gentlemen’s evening” of @chopard being introduced to the smoothest most Notorious Irish whiskey on the planet!” posted McGregor. “My 1st baby, @properwhiskey It is always the best nights when my @properwhiskey is flowing,”
