From being a two-division champion in the UFC to becoming the richest athlete in the world, ‘Mystic Mac’ has done it all. These achievements wouldn’t have been possible without a solid mindset, which McGregor recently displayed through his talk.

In a video uploaded by McGregor FAST, The Notorious can be seen dropping motivation. He mentioned that regardless of the circumstance, one can always do something. Conor McGregor said, “You can always do something. If your ankle is sore, well is your arm sore? So what’s the problem? “

“Do something. Do what you can. People use things as an excuse. Something’s off, so I can just chill on everything now. But it’s important not to do that. You know what I mean? You’ve got to focus on what you can do, not what you cannot do, because that will consume you.”
“If you focus on what you can do, sooner or later, you’re going to be able to do absolutely everything. There’s always, always… something you can do, all the time. So it’s just about finding it, being honest with yourself, and f**king doing it,” concluded McGregor.
In order to achieve the accolades Conor McGregor did, along with a bulletproof mindset, it also takes a good diet. Mystic Mac detailed his diet, which keeps him healthy.
Conor McGregor spills the beans about his diet
To win a belt in the UFC is a hard task. However, to win two simultaneously is even harder. The first man to achieve this feat was Conor McGregor. In a video on YouTube, McGregor spoke of his diet, mentioning he starts his day off with a basic necessity.
“Water. The first thing I would have in the morning is water.” The former 155-pound champion then spoke about the different options he has for his breakfast. He said, “Eggs, potatoes, you know, maybe some mushroom. You know, a green juice… spinach and kale type of juice.”

McGregor also includes fruits in his breakfast, which makes his meal fully fueled. Speaking about lunch, ‘The Notorious’ elaborated, “Maybe some rice dish, maybe a root veg… sweet potato mash and maybe some chicken or something like that.”

From his statement, one can witness that McGregor has top-notch nutrition to fuel himself for the brutalities of a training session. Along with his skill and work ethic, it is also McGregor’s diet that has contributed to his success.
