We can now say that the former UFC double champion Conor McGregor can do it all. He has been busy over the past few weeks promoting his movie Road House with Hollywood A-lister Jake Gyllenhaal. The Irishman has been posting quite often on his social media in order to promote his movie, and given that he is unquestionably the best when it comes to promoting his fights, the 35-year-old isn’t holding anything back for his Hollywood debut.

His recent post seemed to garner quite a lot of attention as it mentioned a well-known and reputed pro wrestling icon. Here is what “The Notorious” posted.

“The Notorious” Conor McGregor reposted his own Instagram picture, promoting his movie and whisky on his Instagram stories. Though the original post didn’t have much of a caption, the repost on his story spoke a different story. In the caption of his Instagram story, he wrote, “Flat to the mat Hollywood Hulk Hogan”.

Hulk Hogan was one of the most popular wrestlers in his days of pro wrestling. And just like how Hogan dominated the pro wrestling scene in his time, Conor McGregor’s caption in his story might imply that he looks to be the biggest draw in Hollywood.

The Irishman is without a doubt a person who does not lack any sense of confidence within himself. However, leading up to his big movie premiere, McGregor seems to have the jitters.

“The Notorious” claims to be “nervous” showing Road House to his mother

The man who seems to be a person without any chinks in his confidence does seem surprisingly nervous about watching his upcoming movie with his mother. Considering that the movie is X-rated, the former UFC double champ’s concerns are quite understandable.

During a recent interview with the press, Conor McGregor spoke of his feelings about his family watching the premiere of the movie with him. In the interview, he said, “I have my mother coming in for the premiere tomorrow and she has no idea! I’m a bit nervous about it but excited. I just did my best. I had a great crew of people with me, a great cast and they were very patient with me… I’m nervous about my mother seeing it.”
