The former two-division champion also posted pictures of him with soccer superstar Cristiano Ronaldo and Saudi Arabia’s Chairman of General Authority for Entertainment, Turki Alalshik, which may be a clue as to what the announcement may be.

“Legendary evening of Boxing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia! 🇸🇦 (crown emoji) BIG ANNOUNCEMENTS COMING. @turkialalshik @cristiano,” Conor McGregor wrote. Many have speculated that the announcement may have to do with McGregor’s next fight, which may be a boxing match in Saudi Arabia.

McGregor has spoken about wanting to face Filipino legend Manny Pacquiao in a boxing match there since he is not expected to fight in the UFC before April or maybe even July at this point. What do you think?
