After this groundbreaking announcement, UFC commentator and presenter Laura Sanko shared her excitement in the comments, writing, “As a member of the Board of Directors of MMA Inc., I can’t say enough about how their presence will benefit our mission!” For those unaware, Sanko is part of Train Alta, which offers a variety of martial arts programs. Interestingly, it’s also part of Conor McGregor’s investment ventures, which led to this partnership. That’s why Sanko has openly praised the business move.

So, it seems like McGregor getting support from the President’s son himself, along with a key UFC figure, almost confirms that we might see him return next year for the White House event. On top of that, ‘The Notorious One’ has already gone through two drug testing sessions, providing him a green light for his inclusion. With that in mind, UFC CEO Dana White also shared his reaction, praising his company’s biggest star for making all the right moves toward a possible comeback.

Along with the fans, the UFC head honcho always dreamed that Conor McGregor would end his hiatus and return to the octagon after breaking his leg against Dustin Poirier at UFC 264. That dream almost became a reality at UFC 303, until ‘The Notorious One’ broke his pinky toe, forcing him to pull out of the fight against Michael Chandler. However, after that unsuccessful attempt, the UFC White House event now seems like the one where he can actually make his return. At least the UFC CEO for one is happy with what he’s seeing.
