‘The Nigerian Nightmare’ was set to defend his welterweight gold for the sixth time in his UFC career against the British fighter Leon Edwards. The pay-per-view took place inside the Vivint Arena in Salt Lake City, Utah, today.

It is interesting to note that Usman had already defeated Edwards back in 2015. However, in the rematch, he couldn’t repeat the same. ‘Rocky’ took advantage of Usman’s minor mistake and knocked him out cold in the fifth round of the fight.
