Conor McGregor turned 34 on July 14, 2022. Since ‘The Notorious’ is the highest paid athlete in the UFC and also is a successful entrepreneur, he celebrated it grandly. However, there was a slight incident that caused err during his celebration for a brief period.

A video floating around the internet, days after the Irishman’s birthday, is getting some attraction. It appears that while ‘The Notorious’ was having a fun time at his birthday party, someone threw a hat at him. The impact of the hit was not something to be worried about.

The Irishman stared in the direction the hat came from. While he initially pointed a mocking thumbs up in their way, he soon looked down at where the hat went. Upon finding it near him, the former UFC dual champion fumingly stomped it down.

Also, he said a few words to the person who threw it at him. However, in the video, it was not audible.

Someone was capturing the clip, and it came online. McGregor fans reacted to the video and shared how they felt watching it.

“Completely acceptable and I’d do the same,” wrote a fan who understood McGregor’s case.

Another found the savageness and the funny element of ‘The Notorious’ in the little stunt, “After he pump faked the thumbs up lmao”

One fan simply noted, “i love conor,” perhaps for how the brash Irish didn’t tolerate the misbehavior.

A similar incident took place with ‘The Notorious‘ in a live UFC event in the past. However, there the atmosphere differed from what transpired in this video.

‘The Notorious’ was at a UFC event when Ronda Rousey was squaring off against Cat Zingano at UFC 184. McGregor was watching the fights from the stands.

During Zingano’s walkout, he was paying full attention. The challenger, who was competing in her first UFC championship match, threw a hat in the crowd that came towards ‘The Notorious’. He ducked it. McGregor’s partner, Dee Devlin, sitting next to him, smiled at what happened while the UFC staff caught the sequence on camera.

Later, the two also acknowledged the hat incident on their social handles.
