The troll replied with an “LMAO”. McGregor then went on to explain the reason why he picks battle on Twitter.
He said, “Despite contrary belief, I never fire the first shot in verbal warfare or disrespect. I end it with bombs that obliterate the original comments or remarks, but I never fire first. Live fighting, on the other hand, of course, I charge out the gate as I play in the NFL.”

A recent controversy surrounding his deleted video

Conor McGregor recently took down a video clip from his Instagram, where it presumably seems like the Irishman is receiving a cryptic act on his yacht.
I do gotta give @TheNotoriousMMA credit where credit is due for surrounding himself with the right people. @dillondanis is a true B.F.F.

The video showed a glimpse of someone’s head. McGregor then panned the camera over to the ocean.
The video went viral for as long as it was there on the platform and became subject to trolls and memes. Several UFC fighters like Henry Cejudo and Belal Muhammad also chimed in to diss McGregor.
Haters also troll McGregor for his current UFC form. The fighter is on a two-fight losing skid and he has won just one fight since 2016.
