While speaking to McCarthy, he gave his own reasons as to why he doesn’t consider the 35-year-old a main-event fighter anymore. He said, “I just know if it’s. I know if it looks I know that he is still at that level of a main event in any card, I get it. I don’t know if we’re going to see those same amount of eyes and those same amount of b..s after the two ways that he lost last time. You know what? I’m not disagreeing with you that he’s the guy that has done it.”

Conor McGregor reveals the secret behind his motivation

At 35-year-old McGregor is by general norms, at the end of his career. However, he still has no plans of retiring any time soon. According to the Dubliner, he takes motivation from boxing legend Mike Tyson. Tyson at 58 will be taking on social media influencer Jake Paul(27) in a boxing fight. While many feel that the age difference might prove to be a deciding factor, McGregor, on the other hand, is taking motivation from the legend. In a recent interview with ‘TMZ Sports’ he shared why age is not a limiting factor for him.

He said, “Look at Tyson. Mike Tyson now is fighting Jake Paul, right? He’s fighting him, again, he fought Roy Jones also.  There you go. That an old, that guy.” He further added, “When he fighting Roy Jones Jr. was something that really stuck out to me… Roy Jones also an aged guy,” The fans will definitely hope to see McGregor for a long time. However, he will have a lot to prove when he returns to the Octagon.
